Finance Admin Assistant
Stratiis is a small but growing managed IT services company providing services in Glasgow and throughout the UK. Requiring an enthusiastic Office Admin Assistant to join our busy finance function in Uddingston.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the purchase ledger function.
- Managing and distributing all internal mail.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and credit control duties.
- Assist the Finance Manager with any duties as required.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested.
- Undertake internal and external training to further advancement of career.
Key Requirements
- Confident with all Microsoft office packages.
- Previous Sage 50 experience is desired but not essential as full training will be given.
- Polite telephone manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely organised.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Uses initiative.
- Comfortable working both individually and as part of the wider Stratiis team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Uddingston, G71 5PW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
