Trainee Admin Assistant

Emtec Group encompass a variety of separate businesses, expertise and capabilities including mechanical and electrical engineering, facility services, renewable energy and many more.
Reporting into the Service Manager, your role will be to provide efficient quality assistance and administrative support to the service team. This role which they are looking to fill for at the moment, is within there Emtec Fire Systems company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Typing of letters, memos and documents
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
- Liaise with client and customers to organise appointments
- Raise orders and invoices
- Schedule engineers workload
- Assist the admin and operational teams
**Required Skills**:
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Good level of punctuality
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
**Additional Information**:
- Salary - £9,129.38 - £12,000
- Future Salary - The organisation is a living wage employer, and your salary will be in line with this.
- Monday - Thursday, 8.30am until 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am until 3.30pm
**Future Career Progression**:
- Discussed on completion of the apprenticeship
