**Job description**

Sales and Lettings
Maintain our systems database
Arrange the marketing of available sales and lettings properties
Manage tenancy & sales files
Coordinate property maintenance, to include reported issues, routine & regulated maintenance.
Register viewing requests and carry out viewings with prospective tenants & buyers
Arrange inspections and carry out inspections
Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion.
Liaise with all interested parties for sales and lettings, to include renters, landlords, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers etc
Establish rapport with tenants, landlords and vendors and provide a personalised service to actively promote them using our services.
Office administration tasks, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, maintenance and presentation of the office, answering the telephone, keep accurate and concise records of all activity and any other duties deemed necessary to assist the team

**Skills and experience required**
Previous experience of working within estate agency is preferred but not essential
Previous experience of working within a sales position, either face to face or over the phone is preferred but not essential
Marketing/Social media experience is desirable
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Have good organisational and IT skills
Hold a full driving licence, with use of own vehicle
The ability to sell our company services to generate new and repeat business
The ability to keep abreast of local market conditions and be alert for business opportunities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
