**The basics**

February Start Date

£30,000 - £40,000 (DOE + Commission)

Flexible Working (Post Training) - City of London

8 week training + full time mentor programme

**Talent Acquisition Consultant Consultant Benefits**:

**Talent Acquisition Consultant Consultant Role**:

- Managing jobs and applicants
- Being creative with your advertising and marketing
- Selling and negotiating
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Closing deals and earning commission

**Talent Acquisition Consultant Requirements**:

- Ideally B2C or B2B Sales Experience but any educational or employment background is welcomed - it's all about the work ethic not the background and it’s a trainee role for a reason
