We are now looking for a Customer Support to join our busy team

We want our customers to realise we care about their experience when they are dealing with our company. We are looking for customer service representatives with excellent English written and spoken skills who enjoy assisting people.

**Customer Support Duties**:

- We are only as good as our team and therefore we are looking for hardworking focused individuals who will bring additional excellence to our working environment_

**Basic Information**:
**Salary**_**:_ _£20,600 + Attendance bonus paid £300 each quarter (95% attendance) = _**£21,800**_

**Bonus**: _Up-selling bonus, with NO sales targets - Av. £200 per month_

**Hours**_**:_ _Monday to Friday
- Between 8.30am - 5.30pm_

**Role**:

- _Inbound calls from new and existing customers_
- _Dealing with questions and queries_
- _Changing account details_
- _Setting up direct debits/ Taking payments_
- _Offering advice on the best product or service_
- _Working towards targets_
- _Resolving customer complaints and issues_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £21,800.00 per year
