**Accounts Administrator**

9 month fixed contract (Maternity Cover)

£26,000 pro rata

Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm

**About the role**

We currently require an Accounts Administrator to join our busy office to provide maternity cover for a fixed term of 9 months. The role is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the Operations Director, whilst providing a first-class service to clients within a busy working environment. You must be confident, results-driven and committed to our high standard of customer care.
- Record rental income daily, cash, cheques, bank transfers, Direct Debits
- & credit cards.
- Prepare daily payments to landlords.
- Prepare bank lodgements when required.
- Tenancy Deposit Scheme management.
- Rental database management.
- Processing new and renewed rental tenancy information.
- Processing tenancy checkout paperwork and deposit return.
- Collection of Direct Debits.
- Rent arrears management.
- Provide accounts support to the sales team.
- Filing.
- Miscellaneous ad-hoc duties as required.

**Essential Experience**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a finance role.
- Good administration experience
- Microsoft Office - IT proficient
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible approach to work.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in an Estate/Letting Agency advantageous
- Working in a fast pace environment
- 2 Years continuous administrations experience

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
