The Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
- Maintain and update the recruitment database
- Assist in the on boarding process for new hires
- Compile and present recruitment reports to management
- Collaborate with department managers to understand recruitment needs
- Stay updated on retail industry trends and best practices in recruitment

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment and administrative support
- Knowledge of recruitment software and databases
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with the retail industry
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
