**Role Overview**:
Reporting to the People Technology Delivery Manager, as a HRIS Continuous Improvement Consultant you will be responsible for identifying continuous improvement opportunities and collaborating across the business. This will be across all our People Technology platforms (Workday, Service Now, Dochebo & Workvivo) to build reporting solutions that improve the alignment of process, technology landscape and service delivery within Bupa.

**What you’ll do**:

- Responsible for finding and delivering opportunities to continuously improve reporting out of Bupa’s core HR systems, to help deliver a simpler, smarter and digital experience for our colleagues
- Actively stays close to forums (i.e. Workday community) to keep up to date with new reporting features to implement within Bupa’s reporting estate
- Collaborate well with others and can work across teams, networks and communities to generate new ideas and deliver new reporting solutions
- Understand the core elements of HR and how HR process and technology serves as an enabler for employee experiences
- You are an active learner and consistently look for new skills, tools and techniques to deliver
- Trusted partner who actively works with the business to understand current state and future state and design initiatives to support the achievement of future state
- Proactive at ensuring the customers needs are met within reporting solutions, ensuring solutions are robust and user friendly

**What you’ll bring**:

- A strong understanding of Workday HCM report development, Service Now, Dochebo, WorkVivo and Power Platforms whilst keeping up to date with changing technologies within Bupa’s current system landscape and a desire to learn new reporting tools if they are implemented
- Ability to become an acknowledged SME in reporting across Bupa’s reporting estate
- Experience in extracting data from multiple sources and combining into a single source of truth using Workday Prism Analytics
- Confident in requirements gathering, solution creation and data manipulation (working with advanced calculated fields and macro’s).
- Strong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex reporting solutions to stakeholders and reporting teams to deliver effective reporting solutions
- Excellent stakeholder focus, able to assess stakeholder needs, build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations. You will know when to push back, when to escalate, and when to go above and beyond to satisfy a stakeholder
- An interest and affinity towards reporting technology and how technology can enable reporting process and be used to create experiences
