Our global engineering client is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to play a vital role in supporting the People Partners and Business Leadership by being the go-to person for compensation, incentive schemes, and the benefits programme across all UK business lines.

You will have the opportunity to lead market intelligence activities, such as the initiating salary surveys, conducting compensation benchmarking, and analysing data to populate comprehensive job pricing database.

Collaborating with our People Partners, you will have the chance to design performance and retention incentive plans specific to each project, as well as contribute to global initiatives like the Annual Salary Review and the incentive nominations process.

A primary focus of your role will be to provide expert guidance on improving the compensation and benefits offerings, while ensuring compliance with local legislative requirements when applicable.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of UK benefits legislation and regulations.
  • Strong experience in health insurance and benefits contracts
  • Proven expertise in generating reports, metrics, and conducting analytics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Previous international experience in Compensation role within a large complex structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and effectively solve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with advanced HRIS platforms, and proficiency in navigating its functionality.
