Travel Coordinator

Hours: 30 hours week - 6hrs per day Monday to Friday - office based

Location: Uxbridge - 10min from Uxbridge station or parking available onsite

Hourly rate: £16.82p/h

Duration: Immediate start until February 2024

**Duties**:

- When travel arrangements are within approved travel reasons and budget limits, makes all arrangements and reservations as requested.
- Prepares travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate staff.
- Obtains approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits.
- Advises travelers of and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports.
- Serve as a main contact point between external travel provider and travelers
- Be a point of contact for booking tool related issues and report or escalate accordingly.
- Assist with the creation of quarterly reporting for senior management, which includes spend details, out of policy bookings and all miscellaneous cost savings

Experience required:

- Ideally have experience of travel coordination in previous role
- Experience of using SAP Concur Travel
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
- Strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders
