Administrator - Full or Part Time - Remote Working

This is a fixed term contract covering a period of 12 months. A great opportunity to join a small Charity offering Administrative support. The role can be full time (35 hours per week) or part time (17.5 hours per week) and is fully remote. Duties will include:

- Supporting the annual awareness day, fund raising campaigns and charity events year round through promoting, reporting, sourcing merchandise, mail outs and record keeping
- Providing reliable, efficient and effective administrative support
- Managing, maintaining and keeping updated data relating to beneficiaries and supporters
- Source value for money quotations for merchandise, printed information, stationery or office consumables; manage orders
- Deal promptly with invoices, checking their accuracy and passing them on to the Treasurer for payment
- Collate data sets and conduct desk research as directed
- Compile and contribute to monthly reports as required

Our client is looking for somebody with strong administrative and organisational skills and who has the ability to work using their own initiative.
