Winchester, Andover, and Romsey. We will help you develop into a versatile and knowledgeable gardener, liaising with clients to form and implement your own ideas. These are skills which will enable you to move into almost any horticultural career path.

**Experience**:

- A Full UK driving licence is essential, preferably clean.
- 5 years garden maintenance experience is desired.
- Confident when working with commonly found garden plants.
- Confident with associated machinery.
- A positive individual with a good initiative.
- A good awareness when working within a green space.
- Capable of problem-solving.
- A chainsaw licence is preferable, but not essential.
- A knapsack spraying licence is preferable, but not essential.

**A day at RLM**:
Our working schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30-16:30, (with overtime available) where a normal day consists of working in 1 to 3 locations (in close proximity to one another). Our day-to-day duties include maintaining private gardens and all associated assets of RLM while working together with clients and team members alike. The grounds we work on vary in size and formality; most are managed by us, and others are maintained as requested by the client. You will normally work in a team of 2, in addition you will be given the freedom to work alone and, in essence, be the head gardener of your own portfolio.

**Progression**:
You will be encouraged to progress within the company, managing your own gardens and a team of your own. Furthermore, there will be the opportunity to progress to management in the long term.
