Churchill College is seeking to appoint to the post of College Offices Administrator and Master's Assistant. You will act as the Personal Assistant to the Master (the Head of the College), ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their office. This will involve complex diary management and dealing with a broad range of external contacts, a number of which will be high-profile. Outside of the Master's office, the job offers a breadth of responsibilities across the College's administrative functions. You will provide diary and inbox support to the Bursar, and work within the College's governance team on a variety of compliance tasks, providing occasional cross-cover for the members of this department.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills and attention to detail are essential to this post, as is first-class verbal and written communication. You must have a flexible and adaptable approach and be able to act on your own initiative to prioritise conflicting demands. Outstanding interpersonal skills, to work with multiple stakeholders and teams across the College and beyond will be important. The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters appropriately and to maintain a highly professional manner when dealing with both internal and external contacts is also key. Previous experience in a senior PA / administrative role is essential and having worked in a similar educational environment will be an advantage.

The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) with opportunities for agile working.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held on Monday 14 August.
