You are responsible for the execution of shopper-, merchandising
- and product research to drive sales and profitable growth for SuperFlora and its customers. You’ll be reporting to the Marketing Manager at SuperFlora. Together with our team of data analysts and customer insights specialists, you’ll be able to make a difference in the floral business.

The responsibilities of this role include;
- **Shopper research**
- Responsible for the development and execution of a shopper research agenda
- Setup and execute shopper research initiatives through online and face-to-face surveys
- Monitor and analyze shopping behavior for our key customers in-store
- Communication with market research companies
- Follow market trends on different business levels and in market research techniques
- Drive the generation of shopper insights and identify key UK/IRE market opportunities for growth

**Merchandising and product research**
- Interview store
- / produce
- managers to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for growth in UK/IRE
- Gather in-store information on floral display solutions
- Monitor category and product ranging changes

**Story building, managing and presenting**
- Managing data and information
- Translate data into insights
- Draw conclusions and compile recommendations
- Build appealing stories on your findings
- Present to internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research techniques
- Ability to design and execute online polls
- Research interviewing experience
- Excellent communication skills, experienced presenter with the ability to conceptualize and simplify complex ideas
- Ability to manage priorities of various stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills
- Project management and planning competencies
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead this team in an autonomous environment
- A ‘get up and go’ attitude
- A passion for continuous improvement and development both personally and professionally

Experience in horticulture / FMCG industry and experience in e-commerce flower/plants supply will be advantageous.

This is a salaried, full time position. Hours of work will be based on 0830hrs to 1700hrs Monday to Friday however additional hours over the peak periods will be required to include early starts, late finishes and weekend working.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
