Job Title; **Solution Sales Executive / Lead Generation Advisor**

Package:A competitive package inclusive of a basic salary between £25k -£28k basic, dependent on experience plus excellent uncapped commission(OTE 35K - 40K+) and a range of additional benefits.

Full time, Permanent role, Start date asap.

The role is based full time at offices in Sutton Coldfield / North Birmingham.

**Job description**:
**Solution Sales Executive / Lead Generation Advisor**for an established Software Solutions company based in north Birmingham.The company specialise in Software solutions(Partner, bespoke and tailored), Training, Support and Consultancy.

This is an excellent opportunity with the role offering variety throughout the sales cycle and business in general. You will learn and have exposure to inbound and outbound sales enquiries from all channels in a challenging environment during this excitinggrowth period as you look to offer and close the right solution of software, support, training, development and consultancy.

**Duties include;**
- Prospect for new business - Lead Generation.
- Adhere to company KPIs
- Identify sales opportunities
- Work with the wider team to assist in closing sales
- Close deals or pass over qualified leads to a consultant to close
- Book and provide business scoping services to customers
- Work specific targeted campaigns to close deals.

**Job Requirements;**
- Degree or equivalent, ideally 2:1 or above
- Relevant experience of previous sales / telesales / lead generation would be useful especially for software, eg, 1 years previous experience however not a necessity.

Progression;
Full training and induction will be provided. The position offers scope to progress within the business to the roles including but not limited to sales consultant, implementer or Account Manager.
