**Adecco are looking to hire a Commercial TT ITR deployment project and data lead.**
- 10 months Contract (Project until end of 2023)
- ASAP start.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- £235 Per Day Umbrella
- £170 Per Day PAYE

**Remote working, the hub in the UK is based in Slough, required as and when required.**

You will be overseeing a project and will need to step in when needed.

You will be looking after the project holistically for the whole of Europe as they are sharing suppliers between all factories.

Doesn't need to be someone senior, will look at junior to mid-level.

Need a to be good with numbers and understand how production businesses work. Food business experience would be advantageous but they could have experience working for another big multinational.

Need to be a strong communicator as they will need to connect with people from various countries incl France, Germany, UK, Poland, Czech. Only need an English speaker though.

Need to have the ability to be adaptable, some factories are already live and some aren't, and on the ones where they are live, there may be implementation issues, so being a pragmatic problem solver would be ideal.

**Job Purpose.**

The Commercial TT ITR deployment project and data lead is responsible to understand the full scope of the TT ITR deployment with connection to commercial job families: strategic sourcing, commercial operations, and supplier quality assurance. Mapping all requirements (pre-requisites) for successful deployment and go-live.

Connecting the requirements and designing robust processes for data management for incoming go-live dates and maintenance for the future. Connecting to the TT ITR project deployment team holistically as well as per deployment schedule/site. This includes setting and achieving commercial milestones as well as managing risks and implementing escalation procedures while driving learning and synergy generation.

**Key Responsibilities.**
- Leads the roll-out for the inbound traceability program for commercial job functions.
- Manages and supports all upcoming requests of the ITR implementation that come.
- Clearly communicates with all levels of stakeholders to drive effectiveness (corporate, global & local/ inside Commercial & with other functions).
- Drives transparency by actively managing risks as well as implementing clear escalation procedures.
- Aligns and communicates updates within Commercial.
- Capitalises on generated learning's.
- Fully utilises synergies for more efficiency in the implementation.
- Is an expert in project/ program/ change management good practice
- Ensures knowledge management and transfers learning's & best practices across the relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Works independently with intentionality and clear outcome-oriented focus.

**Knowledge/Experience**:
Preferably:

- Knowledge of risk management and quality tools
- Food technology, packaging and quality systems knowledge is an advantage
- Any European language next to English is a benefit
- Experience with SAP
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Analytical Skills
