We are looking for a **Retail Sales Assistant - Part Time ** to join our fabulous team at our concession in Next, Colney Fields Retail Park, St Albans, Hertfordshire
From You
**You must be**:
- Driven to succeed and meet targets (i.e sales targets & staffing budgets)
- Experienced in a retail
- Enthusiastic, intelligent and articulate with a stable career history
- Able to train and motivate those around you
- Ambitious, impressive and well-presented
- Self-motivated with bags of confidence & **Flexible**
**The Role **Responsibilities will include; promoting sales of jewellery items, merchandising, customer service, cash handling, ordering stock and general housekeeping. You will also liaise with the Area Manager and HR team to assist with employee relations issues, where necessary.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 10 per week
**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekends only
Ability to commute/relocate:
- South Glamorgan, CF10 2GR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail Shop Assistants & Till Operators: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
