Estates Listing Support

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting compelling and informative property descriptions that entice potential buyers. You will work closely with the Listers to gather information and understand the properties coming to market, to create a captivating description, accurate floor plans and photos that showcase the unique features and benefits of each property.
Maintaining Edward Mellor’s virtual shop front is key to ensure we attract new buyers and impress future customers with a property need.
The working hours are Mon - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Listers to obtain accurate and up-to-date details about each property, including floor plans, photos, local amenities, neighbourhood highlights, and unique selling points.
- Write persuasive and accurate descriptions that capture the essence of each property, effectively highlighting its appeal to potential buyers.
- Implement relevant keywords and Property Portal best practices to ensure descriptions rank well in online searches.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and formatting across all descriptions.
- Review and refine descriptions for clarity, conciseness, and grammatical correctness.
- Edit photos to show the property in its best light.
- Build EyeSpy 360 Tours, allowing customers to virtually view the property.
- Continuously learn about industry trends, marketing techniques, and SEO best practices to improve your skills and contribute to the success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and creative writing.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in online research tools and databases.
- Familiarity with Estate Agency terminology and property types is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Photo Editing Programmes and content management systems is preferred.
- Estate Agency experience preferred however not essential.
