**What you'll be doing**
As a **Resource Co-ordinator** you will have the following accountabilities;
- Coordinates resourcing activity across delivery partners.
- Provides visibility of recruitment pipeline against forecast and confirmed labour requirements.
- Monitor fulfilment against demand from Delivery Partners
- Delivers Blue-Collar Induction on a rota basis.
- Acts as a main point of contact for new employees mobilising to the Project
- Attends recruitment events and careers fairs as representative of MEH and, by extension to Hinkley Point.

**Who we're looking for**
- Experience of running recruitment & mobilisation activities in very high-volume
- Experience of running recruitment activities in a blue-collar work environment is preferable, but not essential.
- Solid IT skills across full MS Office Suite, incl excellent Excel and data analysis ability
- Ideally suited to former agency temp / contingent recruiters or in-house high-volume teams
