GMP Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client located in Birmingham for a highly motivated Internal Recruiter join their team on a full time, permanent contract.

This is an office-based position working Monday - Friday and can offer a salary of £35K.

Our client is a vastly successful Birmingham based manufacturer, consolidator and innovator that supplies to Retail, Leisure, Food Service and Hospitality market sectors, as well as a range of major UK and European retailers.

As an Internal Recruiter, you will be joining a successful team to support with the end-to-end recruitment process organisation. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your exceptional headhunting skills will be crucial in identifying and attracting top-tier professionals to join an expanding and thriving business.

You will also contribute towards marketing strategies, media outlets and event coordinating as part of the position.

Internal Recruiter main duties:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Update job descriptions (e.g., add tasks or modify requirements)
- Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
- Additional Marketing and Media control for the business

Internal Recruiter required skills and experience:

- Previous experience in recruitment (Internal or Agency)
- Results-driven with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Birmingham, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
