We currently have an opportunity available for a TMA (Traffic Management Act) Proactive Team Lead to join our team in Derby (Pride Park) where you will be able to park for free.

As a TMA Proactive Team Lead you’ll be a member of our highly engaged WPO (Workforce Planning & Optimisation) Team.

Someone with superior organisational and planning and the ability to work under pressure to defined deadlines will be in their element in this role.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

As a TMA Proactive Team Lead you will be responsible for ensuring your team proactively manage TMA Notices, identifying before and during works potential issues that may arise, and work with stakeholders both internal and external to minimise disruption on the highway, and mitigate potential TMA fines as well as supporting the wider WPO Team with expert TMA knowledge.

In this role, you will be supporting, developing great people through regular 121’s, PDP’s, coaching mentoring and support, ensuring all training and competency needs are met and the team is adequately resourced.

You will also be responsible for:

- Provide reports to Build & Dispatch Manager on cost and disruption mitigation to ensure continuous improvement
- By managing a multi-functional team you will ensure proactive mitigation of TMA fines
- Feed into business change activities to ensure lessons learnt are actioned.
- Act as point of escalation for TMA Proactive and Reactive Technicians
