Head of HR

Robert Half are partnering with a people-focused full-service legal firm, based in Bromley to hire a Head of HR to lead on the people strategy whilst overseeing the day to day operations. This role will be working on the full life-cycle, directly reportinginto the Managing Partner and collaborating with the board to consult on the People Remit across the firm. The Head of HR will have two direct reports supporting them in the team.

Head of HR Responsibilities:

- Provide support on full HR remit both on the Operational and Strategic sides
- Line-manage and develop two direct reports
- Deliver monthly People reports to Board
- Drive all HR projects
- Lean on annual performance and salary review processes
- Provide ad-hoc training on HR processes to managers
- Own the internal comms on HR updates
- Advise on all ER needs
- Be the culture ambassador for the company
- Lead on all well-being, DEI and social initiatives

Head of HR Person Specification:

- 8+ Years extensive experience within full Generalist HR Remit required
- Prior experience managing direct reports
- Prior experience within Legal or Professional services preferred
- Great understanding of UK employment law
- CIPD qualifications preferred
