HR Business Partner

Excelcare are a privately owned care provider based in the heart of Bromley, Kent.We are a family-run business and have been operating for over 32 years. Due to expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and knowledgeable HR Business Partner withconsiderable Employee Relations experience to join the People Team at our Support Office in Bromley, Kent.

You will be assisting the Head of HR Business Partnering and working with a well-establishedf and hard working team to provide a high quality ER service that meets the organisation's needs and corporate objectives and operates in line with our company policiesand procedures. The hours are 9-5.30m, Monday to Friday.

The main focus of the role will be to advise and support managers within our care homes, support office and other parts of the business to ensure that ER issues are dealt with in line with legilative and regulation requirements.This will involvechairingdisciplinaries, grievances, appeals and being the main steer in investigations, report writing and ensuring that information is gathered factually in order to present cases on a broad spectrum of employment matters.You will not just advise therefore it'sessential that you have actually had experience in full the full involvement and life cycle of such matters.

**About You**:

- You should have at least three years’ experience in a generalist HR role with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- You should be CIPD qualified or working towards the CIPD qualification
- As the role requires you to be flexible to travel within our various sites, having a driving licence and own car is essential.
