**Location: Dumfries**

**Salary: £25,000-£32,000 + benefits and bonus**

**The Company**:
We are working with a chartered insurance broker in the Glasgow area who is looking to add an SME account handler to their already experienced team.

They are a company that has a great name in the market and prides itself on the supportive culture they provide to its staff.

**The Role**:
You will be proactive in your workload, liaising with clients, recording insurance information and dealing with queries at New business, MTA and renewal stages, there will be a focus on providing exceptional service to clients. Due to the relationship developmentaspect of the role there will be lots of opportunities to attend client meetings with account executive staff.

**The Required Skills**:
3+ years’ SME Account handling experience is essential.

Cert CII is preferable but not essential.

Strong IT, Communication and interpersonal skills.

A driven, proactive work ethic with a desire to develop is essential.
