**What you will be doing**:
An opportunity has arisen for a Planner to join the team at AVRS, a Galliford Try business.

Ideally, you will be based in or around the Middlesbrough area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region.

As project planner you will be required to provide and maintain programmes for all of the companies’ projects utilising Primavera P6 in line with the contracts that we are working to and in accordance to instructions from your line manager.
- Draw up programmes for the project in accordance with the contract.
- Maintain the programmes on a regular basis (weekly) and report it to the Project Manager and commercial manager.
- Undertake the work in accordance the agreed policies.
- Undertake general and contractual administration for the project.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, design team, authorities, utilities and associated organisations.
- Represent the company to opposite numbers in Magnox.
- Good Knowledge of relevant legislations, standards, regulations, guides and good practice.
- To have knowledge of and compliance with relevant procedures and standards.
- To contribute and assist, as required by the project manager.
- Undertake other administration duties as required by the company.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a planner role.
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on teamwork.
- Mentoring and working with colleagues, sharing knowledge and experience.
- Communicate and present in a professional manner, both written and verbally. Actively demonstrate initiative and able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently.
