The core purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to existing team members in what is a busy Fire Extinguisher Department with Morgan Fire Protection.

The key responsibilities within your role will be:

- Taking service desk calls from clients and potential clients and dealing with queries
- Putting on new jobs and scheduling workloads for our engineers
- Liaising with engineers
- Managing of client contracts new and existing
- Covering workloads of colleagues at time of sick/holiday this will include covering work in training department, dry riser department and PAT testing department
- Written and verbal quoting new and existing business
- Monitoring of grids and reallocating work where necessary
- Assist with any ad hoc work administration tasks as needed
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Structured in approach to work.
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail with excellent customer liaison skills are essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative.
- Personality - Energy, Drive and Enthusiasm.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literate, must understand Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Willing to learn and develop new skills, and go that extra mile to ensure the projects run smoothly. Training will be provided on the company's bespoke customer database.

Your working hours will be Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:30am - 5pm.
