**Are you an experienced Secretary / Receptionist looking for the next stage in your career?**

Winners Recruitment is proud to be working with a reputable local law firm in **Truro**. We are currently recruiting for a **Legal Secretary / Receptionist** to join their established team on a Self-Employed / Contractor basis.

**Rate of pay**:£12.00 - £15.00 per hour, dependent on experience

**Hours**: Tuesday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (30 hours per week minimum)

The purpose of the role will be to manage all front-of-house and client-facing operations / communications for the firm, including:

- Calendar management for the team
- Liaising with clients and colleagues
- Receiving and circulating post
- Handling confidential paperwork
- Data and systemm management
- **Legal experience ideal but not essential**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong intuition and problem-solving ability
- Drafting letters
- Calendar management and arranging meetings
