Applicants will be expected to have worked within a senior educational leadership team, more than likely as either a head or deputy head teacher either within an independent special school or a mainstream school setting.

**Key requirements for the role**:

- A detailed knowledge of the Ofsted educational framework.
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to synthesise information and relay back in an easy to understand format.
- Confident to challenge.
- A genuine desire to improve quality and standards leading to improved outcomes for children.
- Ability to work on projects and support a number of schools concurrently.

**About us**:
Kedleston Group offer residential schooling, day schools and children's homes across England. Our schools and homes support children and young people living with social, emotional and mental health problems (**SEMH**) and specific learning difficulties, which affects their learning and ability to do everyday things. Our dedicated autism (**ASC**) schools work with young people who are high functioning and have associated needs such as mental health problems, attention deficit hyperactive disorder and learning difficulties.
