Global Marketing Coordinator

**JOB PURPOSE**:
This person will play a central role within the global marketing strategy team - collaborating with all marketing functions to bring our overarching brand and product strategies to life.
They will support the Marketing Campaigns Manager in defining and driving brand and product marketing strategies and activations, working in collaboration with all marketing & communications channels to bring these strategies to life. They will support the campaigns manager on driving and executing the strategy for major campaign moments throughout the year - working to achieve both brand and commercial objectives.
This person will independently own key brand and projects within the marketing calendar, defining the strategy and collaborating with key teams within the marketing department as well as within the wider business.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support campaigns manager on campaign development - working with merch and styling teams to define product focuses for campaigns, holding brainstorms with working groups to facilitate collaborative decision making, partnering with the PM and content director on campaign execution
- Be the main point person for certain key brand partnerships with external parties - helping to build and manage relationships, coordinate marketing efforts, connecting with key teams within Burberry to execute brand partnerships
- Support 360 planning around special projects and regional activations such as Pop ups, store openings and local engagement programs
- Lead childrenswear and eyewear category marketing
- Execute sustainability marketing strategy
- Drive central support for regional brand activations and be the first point of call for all regional marketing briefs
**PERSONAL PROFILE**:
- Passion to innovate and consistently deliver best-in-class marketing experiences
- Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Previous luxury marketing experience a plus
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Google docs and Keynote
- Interested in contemporary culture, industry innovations and new technologies
