CorporateHealth International are on a mission to make gastrointestinal diagnostics accessible for everyone. From our main UK office in Inverness, we collaborate with others to deliver capsule endoscopy services, pairing innovative technology with human services.

As we expand our service to the West Midlands, we are seeking an enthusiastic nursing assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting our telehealth capsule endoscopy service across central Birmingham.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and set up equipment for capsule endoscopy appointments
- Provide general patient support and assistance
- Clean and maintain equipment and appointment rooms
- Process returned equipment post-procedure, including cleaning, data management and storage
- Monitor inventory and assist with maintenance tasks as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with patients
- Support with onboarding new staff

**Essential criteria**:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to perform tasks accurately and meticulously, especially when handling sensitive equipment and patient data.
- Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a dynamic healthcare setting.

**Desired criteria**:

- Previous experience providing training

**Qualifications and Training**:

- NVQ level 3 in Care or equivalent
- GCSE band 5 or equivalent English/Maths

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, 8am-3:30pm

**Salary**: £25,000-£28,100 depending on experience

**Location**: Birmingham
