We seek an experienced Sales Administrator to join a rapidly expanding business in the Burnley area. You will be responsible for managing all day-to-day customer order requirements and providing a first class level of customer experience.

As a Sales Administrator your role will include;
- Process the setup of new customer accounts
- Processing of sales orders/returns/and full admin process
- Full internal service of customer needs from end to end
- Managing calls and order capture requirements
- Supporting in client reporting requirements
- Undertaking other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers

The ideal Sales Administrator will possess;
- Experience of a customer service administrator role
- Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner (friendly, helpful, polite, firm)
- Excellent organisational skills and a capacity to undertake a variety of tasks
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Cooperative and effective team player - helpful attitude towards colleagues
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks
- Excellent computer skills
- Good understanding of a CRM system, procedures and processes

- Full time in office for initial training, after 6months hybrid working available
- 9 - 5pm (1hr)
