Harnham is looking for an experienced Product Insight Analyst to join our Video Gaming client and play a key role shaping the future of their causal gaming product. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing player behaviour to gain insightsinto player behaviour & looking for areas for optimisation.

**THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
**As a Product Insight Analyst, you will be tasked with the following:

- Collect and analyze large amounts of data from various sources, including user interactions, in-game events, and surveys
- Identify patterns and trends in player behaviour and use this information to inform product development decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to ensure data-driven insights are incorporated into the product development process
- Collaborate with the data science team to develop predictive models that can inform future product decisions
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders across the company
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in player behaviour analysis and use this knowledge to continually improve our analysis processes and tools

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
**The successful Product Insight Analyst will be tasked with the following:

- 3+ years of experience in a product analyst role, with a focus on player behaviour analysis
- Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL, data warehousing, and data visualization tools (e.g, Looker. Tableau, PowerBI)
- A history of using A/B testing to make incremental improvements.
- Some exposure to Python preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in an accessible and actionable manner
- A passion for casual gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviour

**THE BENEFITS**
Once placed a Product Insight Analyst can expect to receive between £350 and £400 per day, outside IR35, on an initial 3 month contract offering fully remote work from within the UK.
- Note: for those that prefer to work in an office their London office is open and you may come in as much you like._
