Together with our sister company, Encore Packaging Solutions we produce nearly four billion of the 15 billion envelopes and packaging items delivered by Royal Mail.

We currently have an immediate vacancy for an **Office Junior**, to be based at our Washington site in the North East of England.

The Office Junior role encompasses facilitating office organisation and communication by performing administrative duties to improve efficiency. Business support is very much a customer-based and team-based job role and requires an engaging person who is happy to talk to others.

**Job Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day tasks to keep the business running as smoothly as possible
- Complete a wide variety of tasks which may include:

- writing letters
- answering phone calls
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Collecting and inputting company data
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Preparing meetings - room bookings, refreshments
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

**Job Details**:

- Permanent, full time position
- Working 40 hours per week; Mon-Fri 08:00 to 17:00 with a 30 minute lunch break
- Starting wage is current National Minimum Wage
- Non-contributory life insurance scheme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
