What you'll do:

  • Work with our customers to understand and log technical issues and then work alongside our team of technical specialists to resolve these issues and provide the company's customers with the support they need to implement and support their technology.
  • Support the staff with desktop / Office 365 issues and local network related issues.

What you'll have:

  • You'll be a team player, be careerminded and have great interpersonal skills
  • Any previous IT or networking skills will be an advantage
  • Windows 10/11 experience and Office 365 experience will be an advantage
  • A passion for technology and great customer service

We are looking for an individual who has the following qualities:

  • Passionate and driven
  • Analytical and interested in technology
  • Keen to learn and develop skills
  • Proactive and hardworking in your approach to work.
  • Able to communicate well across all levels.
  • Good organisational skills, multitasking and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service position is desirable but not necessary

Own transport is essential due to the rural location of my client's premises.
