We are proud to be exclusively out to this search for an Interim Head of Care for a unique offering in the Merseyside area. We are looking for a clinician who is experienced in leading residential operations to successfully manage the care provision of a 42 person capacity service registered with CQC.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that the service delivers a great experiences that meets both the guest’s needs and expectations and fully complies with regulatory, contractual and internal standards and requirements.
- To provide effective leadership to support a positive, high performing and collaborative team culture that demonstrates the company's commitments and priorities towards its people through agreed ways of working and agreed processes.
- To fully engage, participate and collaborate as a business leader in strategic plans and be accountable for implementing such plans, policies, processes and procedures.
- To be accountable for all aspects of care quality and compliance within the service.

**Skills, Knowledge & Abilities**
- Effective leadership and line management of a customer-focused team delivering high-quality services and continuous improvement within a CQC-registered residential health or social care setting.
- Supporting people with disabilities, older people or other vulnerable groups.
- Organising a demanding and varied workload, planning work and projects and successfully completing these to set deadlines.
- Developing maintaining processes, procedures and information systems to support the work of your team and the production of data to demonstrate compliance, outcomes and impact.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety management requirements (building, clients, visitors and workforce) in a relevant context.
- Good written English with the ability to structure and write clear reports.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the delivery of services and employment.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
