**A role you will love**

You will work closely with our talented teams to promote Agile ways of working and increase awareness of agile theory, practices, and values. You will support and guide the team, helping them when they need it, and facilitating them through their sprints to allow them to maximise value delivery, and work together to make decisions.

Some key responsibilities include:

- Facilitates scrum events (Daily Scrum/stand-up, backlog refinement, review, retrospective) to be purposeful, effective and encourage continuous improvement.
- Create a safe environment allowing the team to experiment without fear of failing, and work with the team to inspect and adapt when things don’t go to plan.
- As servant-leader, guide the team towards self-organisation and build a collaborative culture that embraces problem solving and feedback.
- Work with the team to resolve impediments to team progress, supports the removal of impediments out with the control of the team
- Removes barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams to support the wider organisation

**What will you bring to the role?**

As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for Agile and will have the ability to bring people together to work collaboratively. You will be experienced in guiding other people to deliver and be able to step out of the limelight so that others can feel empowered to succeed.

Other key skills required for the role include:

- Experience as a Scrum Master within cross-functional agile teams.
- Collaborates and communicates well, with the ability to build great working relationships, challenges effectively and responds well to challenge from others
- Experience of supporting distributed teams.
- Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, coaching, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment.
- Passionate about agile software delivery and associated practices.
