**Our vision**

Virtual School Kent (VSK) supports children and young people in care to Kent to achieve in education, training and employment so they are able to go forward to contribute positively to their communities now and in the future. We are a diverse and rapidly developing organisation working across the whole county as one virtual school supporting children and young people from the ages of 3 - 18 years. **What we are looking for**:
A person who is:

- motivated, supportive and has inclusion at the heart of what they do.
- experienced in supporting young people in Post 16 educational settings - and can bring their knowledge / approaches to working at VSK
- able to work independently in a range of educational settings and as part of a team
- understanding about safety being paramount for our children / young people
- flexible and adaptive to the different needs of our children and young people

Part of the working week could be spent in different educational settings or offices across the area.
