Grade: KR5

Hours: 37 hours per week.

Base: Brook House, Whitstable.

A vacancy has arisen within the County Placements Team, who are responsible for coordinating and managing long and short term residential and nursing placements for older people’s services.

We are looking for someone with an understanding of the needs of older people, good IT and office skills and have the ability to organise work and work to deadlines. You will also need excellent communication skills and work as part of a team.

We are currently working mainly from home due to COVID-19 but the post holder would be required to work in the office occasionally through the week with other members of the team due to tasks required of the role.

We offer training, support and regular supervision.
