**About the role**:
Working predominantly with our People Team as a Team Planning Coordinator, you will support our Senior Leadership Team, to ensure we have cover for our optometrists, audiologists, dispensing opticians and other roles. This means building relationships with our locums and co-ordinating where they need to be and when

The role will include various strategic and administration duties with the aim to ensure we have the correct number of clinics across the group, that we have the correct number of team to enable us to provide Obsessively Great Service (one of our core values).

The role, after training, will include the following areas:

- To build excellent relationships with our locums to make sure that Bayfields is where they want to be
- To work with Practice Managers to ensure all clinics are distributed evenly across the week and month, with adequate team levels, and that all supporting documents are completed
- To work with the People Team to ensure all systems are updated and correct
- To maintain the locum budget and accurately forecast 3 months in advance
- To be proactive and reactive when additional clinics are needed across the group
- This role would suit someone from a recruitment or appointment handling background._

**_Full time, permanent role_**_. _**_The role will be based at one of our practices so we welcome applicants from any areas as long as they are close to where our practices are located._**

**Requirements**:

- Microsoft proficient (in particular excel).
- Experience of absorbing lots of information and ensuring it is all captured correctly.
- GCSE and A-Level Maths (preferable).
