**Job Title**:Cleaning Coordinator

**Reports to**: Company Manager and Assistant Company Manager

**Salary**:£24,000.00

**Working Hours**:40 hours per week including evening and weekends

As the Cleaning Coordinator, you will oversee the daily deliverance of our Commercial and Domestic cleaning teams, whilst sourcing new client opportunities assisted by our Marketing team.

You will be able to problem solve, have a clear eye for detail, be driven and flexible in the pursuit to hit targets and grow the company. You will embrace change and enjoy working within a team who are constantly looking to improve and grow.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Role specific**:

- Ensure the accurate placement of our cleaning team throughout various locations.
- Maintain communication with our clients and ensuring that our responses are timely and professional.
- Work with our clients to complete bespoke Personal Cleaning Plans.
- Understand client requirements providing solutions to meet and exceed their needs.
- Ensure the cleaning team are always tasked efficiently and effectively.
- Manage the cleaning team - reviewing performance and meeting individuals on a regular basis to complete performance-based reviews.
- Work with our Marketing team to develop our client portfolio.
- Order and maintain stock levels of all cleaning products.
- Liaise with our Recruitment team to maintain staffing levels, prioritising areas when required.
- Be responsible for all cleaning equipment. Ensuring the equipment is fit for purpose.
- You will ensure you build professional and collaborative relationships with our clients’.
- You will ensure feedback is obtained from our clients on the performance of our cleaning team.

**General**:

- You will be aware of Group & Personal targets and where the performance relative to those targets is always.
- You will collaboratively and positively support the Company Manager in delivering Strategic Goals as set down by the directors.
- Where required liaise with top management. Implement and manage operational plans.
- Ensure you always work in a collaborative and positive manner, adhering to the company’s Ethos & Values and Culture.
- You will ensure that the placement’s process is manned and always supported as required by the business need.
- Drive change, with new ideas. Consistently reviewing our practices to make sure we are effective and efficient.

**Responsibilities**:
**You will need**:

- Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Desire to progress, never accepting failure.
- Experience of leading a team within a cleaning or similar environment.
- An approachable and helpful personality, together with a flexible approach.
- Problem solving skills.
- An understanding of COSHH and other relevant regulations and guidance.
- Working knowledge of safe operation procedures for cleaning equipment and use of industrial cleaning materials.
- Health and Safety conscious and understand good working practices.
- Driving License.
- Flexibility in hours.
- Be confident interacting with new people and building rapport.

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- BROADSTAIRS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
