Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Culinary knowledge is a plus

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
