**RESILIENCE OFFICER (MPT)**

**Fixed Term - Maternity Cover until 31st December 2023**

**Scale 5b: £25,878 per annum, Full-time, 37 hours**

We are looking to expand our highly-motivated team of individuals to contribute to the achievement, development and delivery of our European-funded More Positive Together (MPT) programme. MPT is a partnership initiative which includes 12 Social Housing organisations.

The MPT project supports unemployed residents, in deprived areas of the county, with a range of support and activities, to help them improve their employment prospects.

Our Resilience Officers achieve this through actively encouraging and supporting local Blackpool participants throughout their journey; removing barriers and assisting in achieving employment potential. They provide the relevant tools to support participants in sustaining their tenancies and maximising their wellbeing, whilst improving confidence.

**Interview Dates**: **Tuesday, 31st January 2023**
