Breakfast Supervisor

Heritage Portfolio has an established reputation for creating stylish, memorable, and glamorous events across Scotland. We have fantastic opportunity for experienced **Breakfast Supervisor** to join our events team at the stunning Dundas Castle

**Working Monday to Friday between 7am - 1pm**, you will lead the way when it comes to fabulous customer experience, you and your team will welcome our guests on their first and last breakfast when staying at our stunning venue.

You will be responsible for managing your workload and that of your team, supporting training as required, with a focus on ensuring the smooth running of service in a fast-paced environment.

**Own transport is essential as the site is not supported by public transport**

Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and serve guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure your team deliver the highest level of service and attention to detail is given to guests throughout events
- Ensure breakfast areas are set-up and cleared down in preparation for guests’ arrival
- Maintain food safety standards in the delivery and storage of all perishable good within the breakfast offer.
- Assist the venue teams to make sure all areas are ready for “show rounds” and site visits as required
- Support wider events team setting up for weddings and events
