Evolved Business Support specialises in providing support to business across three key pillars; Learning & Development, Marketing and Business Consultancy. The company is based in Cheshire, however, with team members overseas and across the UK, we can accommodate homeworking and flexible hours.

**About You**

You will take a proactive approach to your work, often working independently, whilst having a ‘one team’ mentality.

You will be an intermediate to advanced user of the Articulate 360 suite and will have experience in both design and creation of interactive and engaging learning materials; such as eLearning and self-study packs. Experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite would be advantageous, as would experience of Canva and TalentLMS. You will have experience in the end to end learning lifecycle, from scoping requirements to measuring training effectiveness.

**About the Role**

The role will be remote and primarily independent working.

You will be involved in both internal and client facing projects and will contribute to all stages of the learning project lifecycle.

Strong project management is critical to ensure deadlines are met to time, cost and quality.

The role requires strong technical ability as well as a creative approach, as you will be involved in both design and creation of learning.
