**Role Overview**: Astutis is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Account Based Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. As the Account Based Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our B2B marketing campaigns within the education and training sector. Reporting initially to the Marketing Director, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute innovative marketing strategies aimed at engaging and nurturing key accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the Marketing Director and key stakeholders to develop comprehensive account-based marketing strategies aligned with Astutis' business objectives.
- **Target Account Identification**: Utilise market research and data analysis to identify and prioritize target accounts within the education sector.
- **Content Development**: Work closely with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content tailored to the specific needs and pain points of target accounts.
- **Sales Alignment**: Foster strong alignment between marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration throughout the account-based marketing process.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyse the performance of account-based marketing campaigns, providing regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders to inform future strategy and tactics.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in account-based marketing, and leverage this knowledge to continuously optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or CIM or accredited qualification preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years) in account-based marketing or a similar role.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp) and CRM systems (e.g., SAGE CRM).
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Certification in account-based marketing (e.g., ABM certification) is a plus but not essential
