VANRATH have partnered with an ambitious manufacturing company that is seeking to grow their team due to a recent promotion. The organisation is recruiting for a **Sales Administrator **position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any admin experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.

This is a permanent, full time role.

**Hours**

**Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm**

**Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm**
- **HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE AFTER TRAINING / PROBATION* (2-3 days a week from home on rota)**_

**Salary**

**£24,300 + up to £1,200 bonus **_plus a fantastic benefits package._

**Responsibilities**:
This position will satisfy customer needs and expectations in a manner that builds strong business rapport and customer trust and confidence, securing existing business, while promoting growth of future business by offering efficient, reliable and quality service and support. This will involve:

- Proactively pursue customer orders & agreed customer actions to ensure orders are produced as per customer requirements by:

- Working closely with sales, demand planning, daily production and planning departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full (OTIF)
- Being the first point of contact with designated customers in relation to all issues
- Supporting the delivery of departmental targets and KPIs through effective customer relationship management
- Supporting department in improving OTIFIC (On Time, In Full, Invoiced Correctly)
- Ensuring all administration is transparent and visible to all parties to ensure accounts can be managed by an team member as and when required
- Operating an ERP / Sales order processing system
- Responding to adhoc telephone queries as and when required
- A reasonable standard of education and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Previous account management experience (not essential)
- Previous experience of ERP / Sales Order Processing systems
- Strong inter-personal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationship with customers and multiple departments within the business
- Ability to work to a very high standard whilst under pressure
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel
