Fryer

Duties:
- Operate and maintain fryers in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Prepare and cook a variety of fried food items, such as french fries, chicken wings, and onion rings
- Monitor oil levels and temperatures to ensure food quality and safety
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to consistently produce high-quality fried foods
- Clean and sanitize fryers, utensils, and work areas to maintain a clean and safe kitchen
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working with fryers or in a kitchen environment is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with other team members
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: £8,736.00-£12,480.00 per year
