Feedwater Limited is a privately owned chemical manufacturer and service provider for the water treatment sector. The company’s headquarters are based in the UK ; however, our services cover the whole of UK with significant international activities. We are looking to appoint a temporary Logistics Administrator, on a 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent role in the future. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive team in a fast-paced environment and to contribute to the continued improvement and growth of the business. Depending on performance and business needs this can be extended to a permanent position.
**Responsibilities**:
- To coordinate all LGV vehicle safety checks and repairs.
- To ensure all relevant records relating to the LGV fleet are collected and kept in line with the company’s operating licence requirements.
- To plan customer bulk chemical deliveries on our fleet of vehicles and process any paperwork associated with this task.
- Communicate delivery information to team members and customers.
- Co-ordinate waste collections from Feedwater and customer sites.
- To undertake all additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
**Skills & Experience**:
Applicants must:
- Have excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Have good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Be able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be capable of problem-solving under pressure.
- Be precise in your work
Desirable:
- Experience working in a logistics/planning environment
- Interest in the transport industry

**Further Details**
Hours are 9-5:15, with a 37.5 hour working week. 1-year fixed-term contract. This role is not suitable for Hybrid working.
