Production Operator

Operating equipment in line with Health & Safety procedures and ensuring that this is adhered to at all times
- Working as part of a team and/or individually in a busy manufacturing environment ensuring that product is manufactured to the expected the standard
- General operative duties capable of movement between departments
- Working to tight deadlines
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
- Maintaining quality control throughout all areas of production
- Safe working of several injection mould machines.
- Minor fault finding in relation to Quality and machine operation
- Attending and inputting into daily production team meetings.
- Supporting and taking part in company safety and improvement projects
- Previous experience of operating and working in a machining environment.
- Previous experience operating plastic forming machines is advantageous.
- Previous FLT experience is advantageous.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Recognising the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organisation
- Creating new and better ways for organisation to be successful
- Planning and prioritising work to meet commitments aligned with organisational goals
- Rebounding from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
