Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.

Assist teachers in implementing education plans and adapting teaching materials.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting students' social and emotional well-being.

Collaborate with teaching staff and other support professionals to create a cohesive and effective learning experience.

Contribute to the overall school community, engaging with parents, guardians, and colleagues to ensure student success.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience working with secondary school students.

Understanding of various learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient, empathetic, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges.

Relevant qualifications in education or related field preferred.
